Working with Zoya

Artwork by Cate

Zoya’s manner and empathy are incredible. She is truly a stand out therapist who is able to reach and relate individually, and create a cohesive, gentle tone in the group, providing a sense of safety necessary for people to let their guards down and ‘work’. I highly recommend her.

What happens in a session?

I create a safe space to explore emotional and interpersonal difficulties, process traumatic experiences, and foster inner resources.

Together, we follow what feels important or sparks curiosity for you. You’re invited to use a variety of arts materials and modalities to express your feelings and experiences. I’ll support you to explore your experiences, learn more about yourself, and to use what you learn to create positive change in your life.

I feel privileged to share in people’s journeys through times of transition and self-discovery, witnessing them overcome adversity, improve relationships, and express their authentic selves.
